If a user is deleted, the user is not immediately removed from the system.
Only by another deletion process will this be completely deleted.
Users that have not been completely deleted can be restored.
To recover a deleted user, follow these steps.

In User Management, on the left side of the menu when searching, filter for deleted users.

In the user management, in the upper right corner of the user name, click Restore.

If a user account is restored, it is disabled and must be reactivated for use.
